### Shipping Policy

**Processing Time**
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment by our international fulfillment partners within **1–3 business days** of receiving payment confirmation.

**Shipping Time (Estimated)**
As we work with international suppliers and offer free/low-cost shipping options, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once the order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally **10–20 business days** (2-4 weeks) depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

**Shipping Costs**
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over **$50 USD**.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow **3–5 business days** for the tracking information to become active.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
KOCAMAN ONAL LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**Lost or Missing Packages**
If your package tracking has stalled or shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at **team.safirshopping@outlook.com** so we can investigate the matter with the carrier. Due to long international shipping times, we generally wait 30 business days after shipment before declaring a package lost.
